Annual Giving Campaign
Invest In Youth: Helping Kids Grow
Children laughing. Families growing. People
connecting. At Big Brothers Big Sisters, a branch of the YMCA
of Snohomish County, one of our most important goals has always
been to enrich the lives of kids in our community. But when some
are left out, it leaves us all a bit poorer.
Thats because giving kids a safe and
nurturing place to go benefits everyone. By introducing kids to
positive experiences that will help them grow to responsible,
successful adults, we make the community we love a better place
to live. One child at a time. One family at a time.
BBBS programs help teach young people important
values such as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Through
a variety of fun and rewarding activities, they also develop valuable
skills while they gain confidence and self-esteem. You simply
cant put a price on strengthening and enriching the character
of a child.
Your Contribution Helps Make It Happen
Neither membership nor program fees are required
for any service at BBBS. Soley through gifts can we cover the
costs to support these vital community programs. To ensure no
one is denied a chance to participate because of inability to
pay, we truly need your help. Through the Invest in Youth Campaign,
your contribution helps provide the support and financial assistance
to families who need it in our community. Only by working together
can we give more kids the opportunity to grow strong in spirit,
mind and body.
Chair's Round Table
The Chairs Round Table is comprised
of individuals, families, businesses, foundations, and organizations
that contribute $1,000 or more each year to the annual Invest
in Youth campaign to support the mission of the YMCA of Snohomish
County.
Thanks to nearly 500 volunteers in 2007, the
Invest in Youth initiative assisted thousands of children, youth
and families in our community.
Won't you join the Chairs Round Table
and help make a difference in your community?
